Problem description: In Internet explorer and Edge browsers positions of dropdown menus are not fixed and their area is aligned in respect to the selected value.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open zabbix frontend in Internet Explorer or in Edge browser.
2. Navigate to a view that has a dropdown menu, like Administration => General or Configuration => Templates
3. Open the menu and select some value in the middle or at the bottom of the list.
4. Open the dropdown menu again

Result: The menu position has changed - it is now positioned in respect to the selected value (see gif below)

Expected: The positioning of the dropdown menu should be fixed and should not change when selecting different values.
