Doesn't work horizontal scrolling in map

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create map with width=2000
      2. Put map element to the right top corner
      3. Save map and open map view page

      Results: doesn't appear horizontal scroll, can't see map element
      Expected result: appears horizontal scroll.
      In editing view the horizontal scroll works
