Not initialised windows socket in sender.c file of zabbix_sender example

      After refactoring produced in ZBXNEXT-4898, windows socket initialisation was removed from zabbix_sender.dll

      We need fix the example in build/win32/examples/zabbix_sender/sender.c and add socket initialisation in the example. In the documentation we have a link to this example
