Screens with maps are not available to user

      Same like in ZBX-1528:

      • Create Hostgroup 'abc'
      • Add hosts to 'abc'
      • Create user group with read or read/write to host group
      • Add a user to user group (as zabbix user)
      • As Admin, create a screen with map with the hosts from 'abc'
      • Login as user
      • Click on screens -> No screens with maps are available in "Screen" select button
      • tested on default 1.8 GUI and latest revision 8892.
