In my action discovery  if host IP match then condition is add to host group and add Linux templet.It work fine. 

But when I update action discovery, operation to add one more templet to same rule. And it didn't work.

To cross check rule. I remove that host from Host group and remove existing templet(Basic Linux default Templet). By action discovery Host got added into Host group but still templet(not even Linux Templet ) got add to host.

And what is esc_step_from, esc_step_from and esc_period.

RULE:--

NAME:- discovery action 

 Conditions:- Host IP equals 10.5.245.136

Operations:- 

Add host
Add to host groups: WORK_hg
Link to templates: tomcat_8081_template, Template OS Linux

Zabbix version:- 4.0.6
