After Upgrade 4.0.7 to 4.0.8 error message is displayed:
Assets cache directory is not writable.
Ubuntu 18.04

Temp. Solution:
cd /usr/share/zabbix/
chown -R www-data:www-data assets/
With this solution I can log in but some problems in graph view, text and options are missing.
