Graph widget shows metric min limit as negative number

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create graph widget
      2. Add item with values from 0 to 100 (percents, e,g)

      Result:
      See screenshot...

      Expected:
      Y axe starts with 0. Even tif I set min for Y to 0 nothing chanes, but if I set min to 0 and max to 100 - graph will looks good/.
