MSI denies ::/0 for Zabbix server IP/DNS

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Execute https://www.zabbix.com/downloads/4.0.9/zabbix_agent-4.0.9-win-amd64-openssl.msi
      2. See Installer screenshot below

      Result:

      Expected:
      According to https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/4.0/manual/appendix/config/zabbix_agentd ::/0 can be used for Server parameter if both any IPv4 and any IPv6 are allowed. But installer refuses this with "Allowed first symbol for Server is alphanumeric.
