Steps to reproduce:

1. Create host with two interfaces
2. After some time, change the default interface
3. Check existing items

Result:

Existing items are still bound to the previous default interface

Expected:

Changing default interface should also change existing items and not just affect new ones. Another possibility would be to add some sort of mass update. Currently, the only way to remove one of the interfaces is to update all items and discovery manually, which takes time
