Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Navi tree on a dashboard with a map.
2. Place a map on a dashboard with "Map navigation tree" in source type.

Result:
A map is often not displayed on a dashboard with the error message "No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!".

This problem appears on 4.0.9. There was no issue about this function on 4.0.7.
