currently monitoring section checks item status when determining whether trigger (or host) should be shown.
for example, if trigger has all items it depends on disabled, it is not shown in monitoring -> triggers. if all triggers for a host are like that, host itself is not shown.

to simplify logic, it is suggested to check trigger status only in monitoring section, thus also improving performance somewhat.
