I have a recurring issue with a problem that won't recover by itself yet the recovery expression of that trigger is met.

To make sure of that I have even created a trigger with the recovery expression as problem expression, and it triggered immediately, on the same host, the items are configured the same way etc...

Here are the expressions

Problem: {HOST*:*log[file.txt,Error,,100,skip].str("Error X")}=1
Recovery: {HOST*:*log[file.txt,Error,,100,skip].nodata(600)}=1

So when the specific error happens, the problem triggers just fine and then it should recover after 10mins without similar issues. As i said if I create a trigger with this recovery as problem expression, it will trigger, so why does this problem doesn't recover ???

I really don't know what to think of this, I'm thinking it could be the agent version but unfortunately I cannot update it yet because its a host prod and the issue is not significant enough for a reboot (I've tried simply overwriting but the installer gives me an error message).
