Steps to reproduce:

1. create a map and set severity level high as default
2. create a second map that is a submap for the 1st map and set severity level not classified
3. go to your 1st map high will be the default and the map will only show errors of high and higer nog click on the icon to the submap
4. the submap will show all the errors with high or higher even the default value for this map is not classified

behaviour should be that the default severity level is selected or atleast there should be an option to select this kind of behaviour
