After upgrade proxy from 4.2.0 to 4.2.4 in logs I can see growing list of entries (bellow).
Version 4.2.0 is working fine. Checked with zabbix server version 4.2.4.
Installed from orginal deb: zabbix-proxy-sqlite3_4.2.4-1+bionic_amd64.deb
I'm using many items with throtling and "Discard unchanged" option.
