Custom alert script is not triggered for users outside Zabbix administrators group

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. User already in Zabbix administrators group
      2. Trigger alert -> Action performed
      3. User removed from Zabbix administrators group
      4. Trigger alert -> Action is NOT performed


      Expected:
      Could you please explain, why the user must be in Zabbix administrators group?
      Please fix it, or write in the documentation this requirement.
