Dragging mouse over a thick line in graph widget popup values are stuck in FF browser

      1. Open dashboard and create a graph widget with a thick line.
      2. Have a straight graph line with one item. Use simple values like "1".
      3. Drag mouse left and right over the graph area and observe values in popup are changing.
      4. Now drag mouse left and right over the thick graph line on top and observe values are stuck and popup is no longer updated.
      This bug appears to be only on FF.
