Zabbix Export Template results in HTTP ERROR 500

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. After upgrading to Zabbix 4.0.11 I can no longer export Zabbix Templates.
        I select template in template list and when I press "Export" it producer 
        HTTP ERROR 500
      2. This happens for all templates.
