Steps to reproduce:

1. Get Problem event
2. Open Update problem form
3. Write message and check Acknowledge checkbox
4. Double-click on Update button
   
5. Observe that event has two actions with two equal messages:
   
   First click sent Acknowledge + message, second click sent only message because Acknowledge is already done by first click.
   

Expected: Double click should not sent repeated event.j
