"Problems" title does not Match with Trigger title

      The problem I'm facing is visual. The "Problem" Title does not match with Trigger title. ** 

      I used the factory default trigger

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click on host Problems, to get the list of problems 
        https://zabbix-internal/zabbix/zabbix.php?action=problem.view&filter_hostids%5B%5D=10931&filter_set=1
      2. Then there is mismatch between Problem Title and triggers 

      Result:

      How are created the problem title ?
