after a dashboard created by a user, it's not possible to create a dashboard wıth the same name by a different user. In that case, showing the "Dashboard xxxx already exists" warning.
(although the dashboard created by the first user isn't shared with any user, so other users don't see any dashboard, they can't create a dashboard with the same name)
