Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a host MYHOST in Zabbix Server XYX monitored by proxy ABC.
2. Set Zabbix Agent in MYHOST to:
   ServerActive=ABC,DEF,GHI
   Where DEF and GHI are Zabbix Proxy that send data to Zabbix Server XYZ.

Result:
Even if host is created in XYZ, I get "host [MYHOST] not found" error when get active checks from DEF and GHI.

Expected:
Get the list of active checks and not show error "host [MYHOST] not found"
