I'm happy to see that zabbix.support reacts to new tickets very fast. But quite often issue reports are incomplete and after asking a couple of questions Zabbix representative changes the status of the issue to "Need Info". When reporter provides requested information, he/she has no way to change the status back to "Open" or "Elaborating". And unfortunately, sometimes ticket remains in the wrong state for quite a while with no reaction from Zabbix. This may be frustrating.
