Steps to reproduce:

1. create an item with system.localtime as active item since zabbix 4.0 this is broken but the items itself will never shown as unsupported if you don't read the small note in the docs since 4.0 then you are never aware that this item will not work anymore unless you change it to passive

Expected:
fix the item so that it works again (preferable) in active mode or make the item return to an unsupported state. https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-15624

also it would be nice if in the GUI people where not able to select that item from the list anymore when type Zabbix agent active is selected
