      From ZBXNEXT-5386 spec:

      {EVENT.TAGS.<name>}

      - value of even tag <name>. Tag names consisting of alphanumeric characters, case insensitive, and underscore can be used directly. If the tag name has any other characters it must be quoted -

      {EVENT.TAGS."<name>"}

      . Quotes " and backslashes \ inside quoted names must be escaped with backslash \ any other invalid backslash escape sequence should be treated as error.
