      Frontend:

Improve webhook media type test usability by showing webhook script response type and webhook script response data in test modal window.

      Server:

      • If database goes down in alert_syncer.c:658 while result update transaction is in progress, then notification will be sent but alert will remain as "in progress, retries left 3" in frontend and no tags will be applied. But after Zabbix restart notification or hook will be repeated and tags applied.
      • when updating even tags non-trigger events can be skipped without database query by adding event source to result data.
      • When media type is disabled and then database goes down, it will still alert send alerts of database being unavailable.
      • Watchdog alerts should not work with web hooks.
