      Steps to reproduce:

      Install Zabbix 4.4 on Rasbian using official packet from Zabbix.com: https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/4.4/raspbian/pool/main/z/zabbix-release/zabbix-release_4.4-1+buster_all.deb

      Result:
      /etc/zabbix/apache.conf is not created.
      Expected:
      File /etc/zabbix/apache.conf should be created.
