Steps to reproduce:

1. Define tag directly on trigger. EX: TriggerID = {TRIGGER.ID}
2. Perform steps to make this trigger to be triggered

Result:
Look on problems view to see the content of the tag.

The tag we created (TriggerID) will have a value of {TRIGGER.ID}. Macro is not expanded with the actual trigger ID.
Expected:
That the tag would have the actual trigger ID in the value.

However, it works if I put the tag on template level. Then it's filled correctly
