      Steps to reproduce:

      1. open Adminitration -> Proxies
      2. select one on more proxies
      3. open any proxy and click "Cancel" in the form

      Result:
      Selected elements are unchecked

      Expected:
      Selected elements still selected

      Hosts, Host groups, Templates and many other forms working as expected.
