In our documentation, we state that importing the latest official version has to be done manually from the templates directory of downloaded Zabbix sources.

However template folder is available only in git, however users are used to download sources from sourceforge, but there is no templates directory.

Either documentation should contain clear instructions, that it should be acquired in git, or templates should be added to sourceforge sources.

In addition zabbix share latest official templates are 3.4
Based on that, users might think that there are simply no new templates yet.
