Dropdown menu should not be present in Configuration -> Templates -> Screens

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Configuration -> Templates.
      2. Click on Screens of any of templates.
      3. Observed: a dropdown menu with two options Screens and Slide shows is present, that have links to respective pages in the Monitoring section.

      Expected:
      The heading Screens as before.
