Can't login as superuser

      Steps to reproduce:
      Clean instalation of Zabbix 4.4 from sources on postgre,rhel6,php7 on login page i enter Admin/zabbix i do get log in but as Guest (no configuration menu, no superuser status...).

      Can't find anything relevant in server.log or php.log .

      I noticed that there are no user sessions in session.save_path , only serverCheck ones.
