Unable to stretch a widget vertically when bottom of the dashboard page is reached

Create some widgets on dashboard till the visible space is almost filled. Take one of the last widgets and try to stretch it vertically. The scrollbar stays the same. Works only by dragging the widget or pressing two mouse buttons at the same time.
