Allow relative URL on Screens with additional levels

      Create screen
      Add URL widget
      Place in the URL field: 

      subdirectories/file.html
subdirectory/file.php

      Current workaround is to disable the URI validation in defines.inc.php but this is still a valid URL and must pass the validation.
