trigger.create api is not working

      Steps to reproduce:

        As per the documentation for trigger creation using API description and expression are the required fields,

      but when i am trying to create trigger using postman it is producing the below error

      i tried this query, comments (not null)field is required in the API

      It is working when i am passing comments parameter with this
