Steps to reproduce:

1. Clicking on Map then export map results in a blank screen map export fails. 
2. Then navigating to Configuration and Template. Trying to import a template blank screen and template import fails.

Result:
The result is that i cannot import any new templates nor can i export or import maps. there are no errors that pop out on the screen just a blank screen.  Since i do not have any other environment to test this i am assuming this a release problem. Maybe someone else can confirm. 
Expected:
Expected behaviour would have been successful import of template or map. Same for export.
