1. Open Configuration -> Services
2. Make sure you have at least two.
3. Click "Add child".
4. Click "Dependencies" tab.
5. Click "Add" and choose one dependency.
6. Click "Remove" for that dependency.
7. Click "Time" tab.
8. Click "Add"

Observe that nothing is happening. No error is displayed. The sub-form does not submit.
