      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create item prototype to discovery rules "Network Interfaces Discovery" in template "Template OS Linux SNMPv2".
      2. Full clone template "Template OS Linux SNMPv2" to template "Template OS Linux SNMPv2 COPY".
      3. Check item prototype of discovery rules "Network Interfaces Discovery" of template "Template OS Linux SNMPv2 COPY".

      Result:
      Cannot clone item prototype to template "Template OS Linux SNMPv2 COPY".
      Not only item prototype but also trigger prototype, graph prototype...
