Steps to reproduce:

1. Add new graph widget
2. Add 5 data sets or more (should be scroll)
3. Select tab "Displaying options"
4. Select Trends (scroll disappear)
5. Go back to Data set tab

Result:
scroll still doesn't appear in widget
Expected:
Able to scroll in widget
