Problems are stuck in the Closing status

      Centos 7.x, Zabbix 4.4.4

      The problems have been in this state for months.

      Upgraded from 4.2.x to 4.4.4, no effect.

      All are from Windows Service State.

      Close problem checkbox is greyed out even though it is checked in the discovery template.

      Can I use sql commands to select all problems in closing status, then update their status to resolved/closed?
