rolled back the frontend version to 4.4.0, everything worked fine again, since the database version did not change between 4.4.0 and 4.4.1

It works only on cookies old, those if in the browser the user was previously logged in, then everything works.
If you log out - there is no way to log in again.
If you clear the cookies, it’s also impossible to log in again.

After a new login and getting an error with access rights, from the old browser where the cookies were saved, I see in the admin panel that this user is online
