Remember scroll position when tab is reloaded in background

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Monitoring → Overview
      2. Scroll down.
      3. Focus into another tab, leaving this current tab in "background"
      4. Wait for Monitoring → Overview tab reload (default is 30 sec)
      5. Then focus back to Monitoring → Overview tab

      Result:
      Page is scrolled to top, previous scroll position is lost.
      Expected:
      Scroll position preserved.
