Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new host/template/trigger or open an existing.
2. Add a tag with long tag name and/or value.
3. Switch to a tab other than Macros.
4. Press Save/update.
5. Open the form again and switch to tab Macros.

Result:
Tags that should be displayed as multiline fields appear as single-line fields.
