Steps to reproduce:

1. update zabbix-agent per apt

Result:

service zabbix-agent crashes without any log entry
Expected:

zabbix-agent starts normaly

Hello,

after we updated the zabbix-agent to 4.0.17 today, we are not able to start the agent anymore on our Ubuntu 14.04 legacy systems.

After a lot of debugging we "fixed" this by adding back the config and start variables to the /etc/init/zabbix-agent.conf file.

Is this working as intended?
