      Steps to reproduce:
      Zabbix 4.4.0-4.4.5, 900 NVPS, 3500 hosts, 200 000 items, 100 000 triggers;
      Oracle >=12 with 32Gb of RAM and 8Gb PGA size;
      Use frontend/Triggers page (include/classes/api/services/CTrigger.php);

      Result:
      Ineffective query caused PGA overrun and SWAP usage.
