Deadlock on 1 trigger/item update for 30000 hosts

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Zabbix 4.0 with >20k NVPS on PgSQL database
      2. Update 1 item/trigger in template assigned to >30000 hosts with Zabbix Server stopped or not stopped;

      Result:
      Deadlock.

      Expected:
      Frontend/Server able to handlee update using segment update, tmp tables, etc.
