Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgraded zabbix to 4.0.16 from 2.4.5
2. click to execute script on any of the triggers
3. Pop up shows up and but url is not opening in new window!

Everything works fine with same script on zabbix2.4.5 but not on zabbix 4.0.16
