When creating (or re-creating) a Shape in Maps via API if the font colour for the Shape is specified in lower case characters (6 character hex input), the value is applied in the data but it is ignored in the screen display.

If the same value is specified in upper case characters, the font colour is honoured in the UI.

If the Shape is edited in the UI and Apply is clicked with no changes, the stored colour value is converted to upper case in the data, and the colour value is honoured in the map display.

Recommend that a conversion to upper case to be done in both cases (API and UI).
