Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Debian Buster VM from this ISO.  https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-10.3.0-amd64-netinst.iso
2. Follow this guide to get Zab Proxy 4.4 installed for Deb Buster.  https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/installation/install_from_packages/debian_ubuntu
3. Problem in step IMPORTING DATA for PROXY... first, this file is not at the proposed location.... I found the file in this location "/usr/share/zabbix-proxy-mysql/schema.sql.gz".
4. When trying to import data from this location I found the file in, I get this error in terminal of my Buster server..

    ERROR 1118 (42000) at line 1278: Row size too large (> 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 0 bytes is stored inline.
