Steps to reproduce:

1. Recently Upgraded from Zabbix 4.0.6 to 4.0.16
2. Navigate to Monitoring
3. Click on Graphs
4. Select any graph and Try Mouse Hover, It doesn't show data point where mouse is present.
5. Look at right most side of the graph, you will see blank area. Graph doesn't show the latest data points when number of days selected is more than 1.
