Steps to reproduce
Use a "Data overview" widget on the dashboard.
Result:

It flickers on reload (see attached gif, 3 flickers to see, every 10 seconds)
Reproduced in Chrome and Firefox. No flickering in Edge 
.
Expected:
no flicker like before the update 
(updated from 4.0.4 to 4.4.6 today)
